This Carbon Steel Hex Bar provides excellent strength, machinability, and dimensional accuracy for manufacturing components that demand non-slip characteristics and even stress distribution .

Width (across flats) range: 3mm to 200mm .

Regular sizes include 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 24mm, 25mm, 30mm, 32mm, 36mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 80mm, and 100mm .

Length: 6 meters standard, with custom lengths from 1m to 12m available .

Processing techniques: Cold drawing, hot rolling, and forging . Common grades: 1018, 1045, 12L14, 4140, 1144, Q235, Q345, C45, S235JR, S275JR, and S355JR . Execution standards: ASTM A108, ASTM A29, ASTM A311, EN 10083, JIS G4051, and GB/T 699 .
